Order your fireworks through the website and select Click & Collect at check out. Once prompted add the date and time you wish to collect your order.
If there are any issues with your order regarding the items you have selected we will contact you prior to your collection date.
To collect your order you will need to be the person whose details were used to order the fireworks and to process the payment.
You will require Photo ID and the Order Confirmation Number to collect your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To remove the threat of fraud we ask you to only place the order in the name of the person who can collect the order. You must have valid Photo ID. Please ensure you bring your ID along with email proof of the order which will have the order confirmation number.
Unfortunately if you turn up without the above documents and ID we will be unable to provide you with your fireworks order. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS MADE!
If for any reason you need to change the collection date or time please do not hesitate to contact us on 07968 551087 to rearrange the collection date and time.
If you unfortunately need to cancel your order with us, you will need to contact us in writing. Please forward to info@fireworkscoventry.co.uk
We offer the delivery of fireworks nationwide, once you enter your postcode your delivery cost will be calculated.
Your firework order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 days, please allow enough time before your event for delivery. A local delivery courier will be delivering the fireworks. They will call to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
They deliver 7 days a week 9am to 5pm.
Please make sure someone 18 or over is able to receive and sign for the delivery as failed deliveries will incur extra charges.
Any damage must be reported within 24hrs of delivery by calling 0161 881 3990. ( All orders are double checked before leaving the shop)
Please check all the packages on delivery and note any damage or shortages on the delivery note before signing.
Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of your goods.
Do not wait until the day of your event/display to check your order.
Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.
We make every effort to complete orders in full but at peak times stock levels are not checked daily as such sometime we sell out of products and don’t have time to change the website quick enough. In this circumstance we will offer a replacement of the same value or more. If this does happen we will call before adding a different firework.
No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted in any circumstances.
